They don't want to have a light app they want to have a complete P2P client. QBittorrent is not included by default in too many Linux distributions, but its makers don't really have this goal in mind. Surprisingly, many users want the same µtorrent experience on Linux, and this is as close as you're going to get. It's also the one torrent application on Linux that resembles µtorrent from the Windows platform.
